“Reason this person is a Gold Ribbon Hero: Levi was diagnosed with meningeal sarcoma when he was 10 months old. sadly he suffered a stroke from the surgery, but he never lets his weakness get him down. At 4 years old he had a reoccurnce of 5 new tumors  in the brain, With surgery not an option we opted to experiement with gamma knife, thankfully our team of surgeons were successful with the treatment. Now Levi is a  healthy 13 year old, beating the odds, and out living his cancer, he always has a smile on his face, and tries to overlook his disability although it is hard for him at times. He deserves to be a gold ribbon hero, because in my book and others he inspires us to over look the negative of things in life and keep a smile on.
