“Reason this person is a Gold Ribbon Hero: Kassidy was 3 years old when she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and ever since then she has been fighting her like a champion. She goes through treatment like a superhero with no tears or no fighting. She has had many setbacks and still continues to smile and fight like no other. I’m amazed at watching this little girl have so much spirit and strength going through such tough circumstance and acting as if she knows she’s going to make it. Her strength casts off on us and helps us get through these times because our heart breaks everyday watching her have to go through this.
